山東鑫弘重工有限公司緊緊圍繞重點船舶、重點工程展開攻堅戰(zhàn)。抓工程前期策劃,針對木屑船“爆竹花”輪貨艙滿搭腳手架、滿扒油漆和外板水線間直平底滿扒油漆的工程,進廠前完成總體計劃排定、貨艙打砂泊位選定、100噸腳手架鋼管材料和附件請購,后續(xù)船舶進廠后按計劃執(zhí)行,順利完成船舶修理;抓重點船舶過程管控,“喜馬拉”輪是日本商船三井公司(MOL)來廠修理的首艘船舶,針對日本客戶的高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、高要求,公司各級管理人員高度重視,項目組狠抓過程管控,貨艙滿扒油漆、尾軸出艙檢修、尾軸承換新、主機吊缸檢修、舵葉拆裝換新舵套、外板直平底滿扒油漆等工程均順利交驗,最終該輪于4月13日按期離廠,獲得船方好評。
CUD shipyard has been laser-focused on key ship and project initiatives.. Emphasizing pre-project planning, specifically for the projects of the wood chip carrier "CROSSANDRA", which included the construction of full scaffolding, full painting of the cargo hold, and full painting of the straight bottom between the waterline. Before the ship entering the shipyard, CUD completed the overall planning , the selection of the berth for sand blasting of the cargo hold and the procurement of 100 tons of stage materials and accessories, proceeded according to the plan after the ship entered the shipyard, and successfully completed the ship repair; emphasizing the process control of key vessel, "HIMALA" is the first ship from Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL) to be repaired by CUD, in response to the high standards and high requirements of Japanese clients, the management personnel at all levels of CUD attached great importance to it, the project team payed close attention to the process control, the works such as full painting of the cargo hold, maintenance of the tail shaft, replacement of the tail bearing, maintenance of the main engine lifting cylinder, disassembly of rudder blade and replacement of new rudder sleeve, and full painting of the straight and flat bottom of the outer plate have all been successfully handed over for inspection, finally the ship departed the shipyard on April 13th as scheduled, and CUD was highly praised by the shipowner.
據(jù)統(tǒng)計,4月份,鑫弘重工共修理中外船舶40艘,其中完工出廠船舶26艘,外輪修理比重達80%以上。完成進出廠、進出塢和移泊動態(tài)共117次;完成貨艙打砂面積10萬平米,其中SA2.0達到7.86萬平米;外板和貨艙打砂礦砂消耗量1.08萬噸,均達到歷史最高水平。5月份,鑫弘重工修船形勢同樣喜人,在廠修理的船舶至少35艘。
According to statistics, in April, CUD repaired a total of 40 domestic and foreign ships, of which 26 ships were completed and departed the shipyard, the proportion of foreign ship repairs exceeded 80%. The shipyard completed a total of 117 times of ships entering and departing the shipyard, docking and undocking and shifting the berth; completed sand blasting of 100,000 square meters in cargo hold, of which SA2.0 reaching 78,600 square meters; the sand consumption of sand blasting for the outer plate and the cargo hold was 10,800 tons, all the above reached the highest level in history. In May, the ship repair situation of CUD is also good, with at least 35 ships being repaired in the shipyard.
